WHAT IS HYPOCHLOROUS ACID (HOCL)?
Hypochlorous acid (HOCl) is a compound naturally produced by white blood cells, as part of the body's defense system. When synthesized outside the body, HOCl is an effective antimicrobial against bacteria, viruses, fungi, and other harmful microbes.
WHAT MAKES YOUR PRODUCT DIFFERENT FROM OTHER HOCL PRODUCTS?
As compared to HOCl products on the market with pure hypochlorous acid, our mist is formulated with a hydrating and soothing blend to make it even more skin-friendly for daily use by offering gentle hydrating and calming benefits.
IS HOCL SAFE TO BE APPLIED TO YOUR SKIN?
Yes definitely! The HOCl in our mist is carefully formulated at an optimal concentration and dermatologically tested to be safe and gentle for your skin.
WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
We are based in Singapore, and our products are formulated and manufactured locally. We partner with a laboratory that adheres to the Health Sciences Authority (HSA) Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards to ensure the highest quality and safety standards.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF THE MIST?
Our stabilised formula has an unopened shelf life of 2.5 years when kept in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. For optimal effectiveness, we recommend using it within 12 months after opening due to the hypochlorous acid's delicate nature.
HOW SHOULD I STORE THE PRODUCT?
Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight as exposure to light and heat can degrade its effectiveness.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I USE THE PRODUCT?
For best results, use once or twice a day.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We currently only ship within Singapore but are working on expanding our reach internationally.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS?
We currently offer two shipping options for local orders within Singapore: Standard Tracked Shipping (3-4 business days) or Expedited Shipping (next-day delivery).
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDERS?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email to track its progress.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER CHECKOUT?
If you need to update your address, please email us at senzoskin.co@gmail.com immediately, and we’ll do our best to assist you before your order is dispatched. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we’re unable to make changes to the shipping address.
